At the Feb. 9 council meeting, Rebecca Gisel of Alliant Energy presented a rebate check to the city of Albert Lea and Mayor Vern Rasmussen in the amount of $23,789.62 for replacement of the boiler at City Hall and the second half payment of IPL’s feasibility study. -Provided
