1 injured in crash

A 16-year-old girl was transported to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea after a crash at 7:52 a.m. Monday near the intersection of Y.H. Hanson Avenue and Hershey Street.

William Robert Garrison, 57, who was driving a Chevy van was cited failure to yield right-of-way from a stop sign.

 

Man arrested for domestic assault

Albert Lea police arrested Matthew Joseph Klinger, 25, for domestic assault at 6:09 a.m. Monday at 133 W. William St.

 

2 cited for shoplifting

Two people were cited for shoplifting from Walmart at 2:45 p.m. Monday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave. The names were redacted from the police log.

 

Handgun stolen

A handgun was reported stolen at 2:34 p.m. Monday from 77667 235th St., Albert Lea. The owner stated it had been taken sometime in the last eight months.
