MINNEAPOLIS — Authorities have issued a warrant for a 17-year-old boy they believe fatally shot a Minneapolis woman.

The Hennepin County Attorney’s office has filed a juvenile petition accusing the teen of killing Ayan Abdi Abdulahi. The 21-year-old Bloomington woman was found shot in the head at a residence in Minneapolis April 11.

According to a press release, neighbors said there was a domestic dispute before the woman was killed. Police said they believe some people may be harboring the teen to help him avoid arrest.
