Presbyterian Women to have salad luncheon

The Presbyterian Women of First Presbyterian Church in Albert Lea invite the public to a salad luncheon at noon on Wednesday in Westminster Hall.

Please bring a favorite salad, invite a guest and the menu will be complimented by dessert from the Lydia and Ruth circles.

Our program will be 150 years of aprons and stoves presented by Jan Jerdee and Company. It is a program to bring back memories of the past. The program includes songs of the time, bits of history, images of stoves used in kitchens of the past plus aprons that were worn during that time.

The program will be presented by Jan Jerdee, speaker; Carol Wolter, flipper; Joyce Nixon, hanger; and Marlys Jentoft, player. The Apron Lady, Jan and her friends are all from Albert Lea.

Installation of officers will follow.
