After 10 years on South Broadway and 20 years in operation, Reinertson’s Embroidery is moving to a new location.
The business started its first decade in Northbridge Mall before moving downtown to South Broadway for another 10 years.
On Monday, the business will move again a street west to 230 Washington Ave. It will be in what’s now known as the Litho Printing building and what was formerly known as Sears Roebuck.
“I’m excited about moving to a new location and having my customers come there and check us out,” said Gladys Reinertson, who owns the business with her husband, Lyle.
Reinertson said the building they have operated in on Broadway was sold. While looking for a new location, they discovered a portion of the Litho Printing building was empty. With the location still being close to downtown, they thought it was a good fit.
She said she looks forward to continuing to serve their customers and community in the new location, along with maintaining quality items and customer service.
Reinertson’s Embroidery offers personalized embroidery on everything from hats, sweatpants, sweatshirts, denim, jackets, blankets and even afghans.
Also popular are business logos and antique tractor embroidery.
The business travels to shows out of town in the summer and fall, which are also a large part of the company.
Reinertson said it is the personalized service and high quality that set the business apart from other companies.
She said she and her husband enjoy meeting customers.
