Albert Lea’s Kortan signs with Iowa Central

Albert Lea’s Megan Kortan signs her national letter of intent on Wednesday at Albert Lea High School to play basketball at Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Kortan repeated as a First Team All-Area girls’ basketball selection this season. She averaged 16.8 points, nine rebounds and 3.2 steals per game. — Colleen Harrison/Albert Lea Tribune
