The Albert Lea High School Vocal Department encourages everyone to come to their annual spring concert at 7 p.m. Monday in the high school auditorium.

The concert will celebrate the accomplishments of the students from this past year. The senior choir members will also be honored.

Senior choir members are Bailey Ford, Carissa Blizzard, Bway Shee, Marissa Oakland, Anna Waltman, Quinn Andersen, Mercedes Aponte, Lissette Aponte, Isabel Ehrhardt, Madi Van Dyne, Begoa Hoth, Britney Hunt, Angie Schmitt, Emily Ortiz, Katelyn Hendrickson, Alexa Wood, Justice Steven, Rika Boorsma, Riley Schulz, Claire Nelson, Carly Nelson, Brittany Sullivan, Brandi Beener, Taylor Martinez, Anna Englin, Addie Fleeel, Savannah Simpson, Taylor Northington, Sam Thompson, John Hundley, Jeremy Sekora, Caleb Troe, Zane Aumick, Tyler Anderson, Scott Grzybowksi, Connor Larson, Kole Smith and Gabe Minear.

The concert will feature the Tiger Women’s Choir, Tiger Choir, Varsity Choir, Concert Choir, Chorale, and CATaclysmic Show Choir. The choirs are directed by Diane Heaney and Mary Bissen.

This year students from the choirs at ALHS have participated in choral festivals, Chorale, Caroliers, show choir, solo and ensemble contest, Big Nine Music, All-State, trips to Hawaii, the Chanhassen Dinner Theater and Minnesota Opera as well as performing for community events.

Admission to the concert is $7 for adults and $5 for seniors and students. Music concert passes are also valid for this concert. Tickets are available at the door, and doors will open at 6:15 p.m.
