About 4,000 Alliant Energy customers were without power Sunday evening after a hard-hitting thunderstorm swept through the area.
An Alliant Energy spokesman said the outage was caused by problems with transmission lines.
Power went out around 7 p.m. and was restored to all customers by midnight.
There were no outages remaining this morning, according to the Alliant Energy website.
The Freeborn County area was in a severe thunderstorm warning during the storm. The warning called for 60 mph wind gusts and half-dollar-size hail.
The storm brought almost three-fourths of an inch of rain.
The high temperature on Sunday reached 84 degrees, which was six degrees higher than the record high of 78 degrees. The normal high for this time of year is 63 degrees.
The forecast for the rest of the week calls for scattered storms on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with high temperatures mostly in the mid-70s.
