Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Eh Ku, 21, for third-degree driving while intoxicated test refusal and obstructing justice at 12:15 a.m. Friday at 28088 770th Ave., Clarks Grove. Dispatchers received a report of a burgundy van in the ditch nearby.

 

Mattresses illegally dumped

Six or seven mattresses were reported illegally dumped at 7:22 a.m. Friday near the intersection of 700th Avenue and 230th Street, Albert Lea.

 

Woman arrested after altercation

Deputies arrested Karmen Kaye Mueller, 33, for domestic assault, fifth-degree assault, disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process at 4:48 p.m. Friday at 20089 767th Ave.

 

1 cited for underage drinking

Deputies cited Devon Mikhail Frank, 20, for underage drinking at 2:45 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 35 north of Albert Lea, after receiving a report of a person walking on the interstate.

 

Burglary reported

A burglary was reported at 3:39 p.m. Saturday at 27168 695th Ave., Hartland. A television and CD player were taken.

 

Hit-and-run reported

A hit-and-run crash was reported at 7:35 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of 867th Avenue and 245th Street, Oakland.
