ST. CLOUD — Police said they’ve arrested a 16-year-old and recovered a knife after a fatal fight in St. Cloud.

A police statement said the suspect and three other males were walking by a residence near the intersection of Sixth Avenue and Fifth Avenue south when a verbal exchange led to a physical fight in the street. Twenty-year-old Davee Moshea Devose of St. Cloud was stabbed once in the chest. He died at the scene.

The statement said the suspect fled, but police detained him in an alley a few blocks away. It said he later confessed to stabbing the victim.
