Fountain Street is now open to through traffic from Fourth Avenue North to Fifth Avenue North (Maurice).  The new sewage pumps are installed and working.  The pumping station now has increased pumping capacity to handle high flows during storm events.  There is still miscellaneous work remaining so so City Administrator Wendy Flugum reminds the public to yield to workmen in the area.
