Man arrested after fleeing police
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Timothy Lowell Millhouse, 45, for criminal damage to property, fleeing police in a motor vehicle, speeding and drug sales after a traffic stop at 12:31 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Minnesota Highway 13 and Freeborn County Road 29.
Equipment damaged
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies received a report of damage to equipment at 7:26 p.m. Monday on Freeborn County Road 29.
1 injured in crash
One person was injured after a crash Monday morning near the intersection of 620th Avenue and 275th Street near Freeborn. About 300 bushels of corn spilled on the ground in the crash.
Taillight stolen
A taillight was reportedly taken off of a black and blue Huffy bike at 7:55 p.m. Sunday at 1118 Madison Ave.
Window broken out
A window was reported smashed out of a vehicle at 1:21 p.m. Monday at 1100 Abbott St.
Man arrested for drug possession
Albert Lea police arrested Darron Dylan Miller, 31, for fifth-degree drug possession and a local warrant for a felony violation order for fifth-degree methamphetamine possession at 8:25 p.m. Sunday at 621 E. 11th St.
Newspapers stolen
Some newspapers delivered Saturday in the Frank Hall Drive area were reported stolen at 8:28 a.m. Monday.
Vehicle rummaged through
A vehicle was reported rummaged through at 10:18 a.m. Monday at 1610 S. Broadway. About $90 was taken.
Hit-and-run reported
A hit-and-run crash was reported at 3:32 p.m. Monday at 404 Fountain St.
Man cited for criminal damage
Police cited Troy Wade Loeffler, 30, for criminal damage to property at 7:42 p.m. Monday at 2102 E. Main St.
Man arrested after fleeing police
Police arrested James Edward Mills, 53, on a local warrant for felony drugs, a controlled substance violation, fleeing on foot and obstructing justice at 5:29 a.m. today near the intersection of Euclid Avenue and West Front Street. Mills, who fled from police on foot was reportedly shocked with a Taser prior to his arrest.
