No-wake restriction imposed
The Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office issued a no-wake restriction for Fountain Lake this morning because of high water levels. The restriction is in place until further notice.
Boat reported stolen
A duck boat was reported stolen at 5:03 p.m. Monday at 540 First Ave. SW, Glenville.
Damage reported, items missing
A window was reported damaged and items were missing at 9:53 a.m. Monday at 1224 St. John Ave.
Man cited after dog reportedly bites child
Albert Lea police cited Nathan Allen Raatz, 39, for having a dog at large and having an unlicensed dog after a report that a young girl was reportedly bit by the dog at 11:02 a.m. Monday at 1608 Lakewood Ave. The dog was declared potentially dangerous.
Break-ins reported
Items were reported stolen from a residence at 3:02 p.m. Monday at 1324 South Shore Drive.
A house was reported broken into at 4:54 p.m. Monday at 16753 Mower-Freeborn Road in eastern Freeborn County.
Several items were reported missing from a house and shed at 5:51 p.m. Sunday at 19848 810th Ave., Hayward.
2 arrested for domestic assault
Albert Lea police arrested Narciso Sanchez, 33, and Fellen Elisa Rietsema, 30, for domestic assault at 11:17 p.m. Monday at 2324 Clayton Ave.
Thefts, damage reported at Glenville High School
Fire extinguishers were reported stolen at 10:46 a.m. Monday from buses at Glenville High School. Graffiti was also written on the sidewalk and bus windows.
Exposer reported in Glenville
The Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a naked man with gray facial hair who had knocked on a door at 12:01 a.m. Sunday at 421 Hillcrest Drive. He was later reported at a bar in Glenville and was taken to the emergency room.
