I am writing this letter because I have three long overdue thank yous. First, thank you to Market Place Foods for putting on a wonderful Easter egg hunt and giving great prizes to the kids and adults. Nice of them to carry on Nelson’s great tradition.

Second, thanks to the city leaders for again having the free trash day at the landfill. Recently I took a small amount out there and it cost $31. So if you have a chance to thank a councilman, please do so.

Third, thanks to KATE party line for allowing us to give things away to interested parties. If everyone tried this first, we wouldn’t have as many things going to the landfill.
