MINNEAPOLIS — A woman is dead after a stabbing at a parking ramp near Target Center and Target Field in Minneapolis.

Police said the stabbing happened shortly after 5 a.m. today inside the transit hub at Ramp A.

Another woman has been arrested.

Police said a flight that started elsewhere led to the stabbing.
