I’d like to publicly thank the Tribune and Sara Aeikens for the insightful article Sara has shared of her life experiences with the public.

Sara is well-traveled and articulate, and it would benefit the reading public to pay attention to her many insights offered over the years when abroad or in the United States.

I’ve considered Sara a friend since we were dinner guests right after the birth of our first-born some 40-plus years ago, and the start of the first food co-op in Albert Lea from her home.
