Church services to continue at Myre-Big Island

Nondenominational church services are again being offered at Myre-Big Island State Park this summer.
Services start at 8 a.m., and dress is casual. Anyone is welcome to attend.
Sunday’s park service will be led by Paul Anderson of Albert Lea.
There is no cost to attend, but you will need a valid vehicle sticker to enter the state park.
Services last approximately 30 minutes. In case of rain, services are held in the pavilion.
Services will be given the rest of the summer as follows:
• July 26, Wendy Anderson, Pickerel Lake Concordia
• Aug. 2, Elisha Marin, Grace Christian Church of Albert Lea
• Aug. 9, citywide church service at Freeborn County Fairgrounds, no park services
• Aug. 16, Carolyn Smith
• Aug. 23, James Kassera of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church of Albert Lea
