Kathleen Huber, 1954-2015

Kathleen R. Huber, 61, of Clearwater died Sunday, July 26, 2015, at her daughter’s home in St. Cloud under the loving care of her family and CentraCare Health Home Care & Hospice.
Funeral Services were at 2 p.m. today at Concordia Lutheran Church in Fairhaven. The Rev. Timothy Nerud officiated. Burial followed at Concordia Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation was one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials are preferred to Concordia Lutheran Church of Fairhaven.
Kathleen Ruth Huber was born June 5, 1954, in Albert Lea to Leo and Marcella (Quiram) Holmen. She graduated with the class of 1972 from Albert Lea High School and with the class of 1974 from Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato. After graduating from Bethany Lutheran College, Kathy enrolled in the court reporting program at the Minnesota School of Business in Minneapolis. She was an official court reporter for Stearns County in St. Cloud. On June 14, 1980, Kathy was united in marriage to Martin Huber in Albert Lea. In 1982 Kathleen and her husband, Martin, started the business of Huber Court Reporting, freelance court reporters. Kathy was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church in Fairhaven.
Kathy is survived by her husband, Martin Huber, of Clearwater; children Angela (Jason) Neumann of St. Cloud, Mark Huber of Clearwater, Jessica (David) Buchs of Winfield, Illinois, and Jeffrey (Alison) Huber of Roanoke, Virginia; five grandchildren, Aaron, Emily and Isabelle Neumann, and Nathaniel and Theodore Buchs; and brothers and sisters Gary (Judy) Holmen, Christine (Michael) Hein, Richard Holmen and Leone (Donald) Vanderploeg.
She is preceded in death by her parents Leo and Marcella Holmen.
Mark Huber, Jeffrey Huber, Jason Neumann and David Buchs served as pallbearers. Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care, Burial & Cremation Services of Annandale.
