Minnesota First District Veterans of Foreign Wars and its Ladies Auxiliary will hold their meetings in Cannon Falls at 9:30 a.m. Saturday. The event is hosted by VFW Post 4452 and its Ladies Auxiliary.

First District VFW Commander, Curt Hermanson of Cannon Falls, and First District VFW Ladies Auxiliary President, Tammy Landon of Cannon Falls, will preside over the meetings.

VFW members will meet at the Post Home with the Ladies Auxiliary members meeting across the street from the Post Home at the Fire Hall.

Both meetings will convene at 9:30 a.m. and conclude around noon and followed by lunch at the Post Home.

All National and Department programs will be outlined for the coming year. Also at this meeting, past department, district and auxiliary presidents will be honored.

All those chairpersons who are unable to attend should mail their program report to the Auxiliary District Secretary prior to this meeting. We encourage all First District VFW Post and Auxiliaries to be in attendance to receive information on all programs.
