Two arrested for domestic assault

Nicholas Lee Tuttle and Heather Rae Lindberg were arrested on a charge of felony domestic assault Thursday night at 1114 James Ave. in Albert Lea.

 

Burglary reported

Albert Lea police received a burglary report at 3:34 p.m. Thursday at 204 E. Front St. in Albert Lea. The alleged victim said he believed the apartment had been broken into. He said he was missing a roll and a half of quarters. He also reported missing $20 in rolled quarters last month and $30 cash the first week of June.

 

Man arrested for allegedly making terroristic threats

Adam Duane Smith was arrested and charged with trespassing and making terroristic threats early Friday morning. Smith was arrested after Albert Lea police received a trespassing complaint at 2:39 a.m. Friday at 212 N. Broadway.
