Area students make Wartburg College dean’s list 

Morgan Ciota, Natasha Willey and Ana Olson of Albert Lea, Taylor Jensen of Clarks Grove and Makenzie Thorson of Lake Mills were named to the Wartburg College dean’s list for the 2015 winter/May term.

 

Local student earns award

Bryn Woodside of Albert Lea was awarded the Academic Excellence as a Top Scholar-Athlete award by the North Star Athletic Association. The North Star Athletic Association Top-Scholar award recognizes students who have shown academic excellence on and off the field.

 

Gasper makes Augustana College dean’s list

Marissa Gasper from Lake Mills was among the students named to Augustana College’s 2015 spring term dean’s list.

 

Students make University of St. Thomas dean’s list

Four students from Albert Lea were named to the University of St. Thomas 2015 spring semester dean’s list. Among those students were Gretchen Johnson, Chelsea Petersen, Logan Tufte and Katelyn Williamson.

2 local students make University of Northwestern dean’s list

Two local students were named to the 2015 spring semester dean’s list at the University of Northwestern- St. Paul. Bria Gorton of Albert Lea, with high honors and Kyle Ooms of Hollandale, with highest honors.

 

Egge makes Concordia College dean’s list

Tyler Egge of Albert Lea was named to Concordia College’s dean’s list. The list was for the second semester of 2014-15.
