The Albert Lea Athletic Hall of Fame committee donated $8,500 on June 18 to the Albert Lea High School Activities Department. From left are Albert Lea Athletic Director Afton Wacholz, Tom Jones and Keith Fligge. The money will be used to offset the costs of student athletic registration fees for the 2015-2016 school year. The committee announced plans for the next banquet, which will be in July of 2016 with the date to be determined.
