Recently we had the pleasure of spending a week in your charming town. We had the best experience at the Heritage Hotel. The manager and all of the employees were so willing to go above and beyond in caring for our needs. We travel a great deal, and we have never had such quality service. The people in Albert Lea are very lucky to have such a wonderful establishment welcoming people to your town.
