Vehicle theft reported

A 1994 silver Ford Taurus was reported stolen from a parking lot at 9:17 p.m. Saturday at 909 E. 16th St. The alleged victim said the vehicle wasn’t registered in her name yet and she had just purchased the vehicle. The car was reportedly located at the address of the registered owner.

 

Cellphone stolen

A theft of a cellphone was reported at 7:14 p.m. Sunday from Dollar General, 201 W. Main St. in Albert Lea.

 

2 boys injured in ATV crash

An injury traffic crash was reported at 6:33 p.m. Saturday at 810 Second St. NW in Glenville. An ATV accident was reported by a mother involving her 6-year-old and 3-year-old sons. The children were taken to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea by private vehicle. The two boys suffered injuries deemed not life-threatening, according to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office.

 

1 arrested for domestic assault

Jesse Ray Lee was arrested for domestic assault at 11:04 p.m. Saturday at 316 Ebert Ave. in Alden.

 

Man arrested for local warrants

David Thomas Neely was arrested on local warrants at 4:35 p.m. Sunday at 209 W. Main St. in Clarks Grove.
