Senior Resources’ Family Caregivers Network will host support groups on Thursday for area caregivers. There are two support group meetings available, one at 1:30 p.m. and another at 3 p.m. Both meetings are in the second floor recreation room at Thorne Crest Senior Living Community. Those attending may bring the person they care for as supervision and refreshments are provided in a separate room from the support group meeting. The groups meet on the third Thursday of each month and offer encouragement and ideas for those providing care for another, whether that person is at home or has moved to an alternate living facility.
