MUI is an organization of shareholders of Minnesota energy utilities that provide educational meetings throughout the state designed to inform investors of industry trends and issues that impact their investments. MUI members work to promote a viable energy industry in Minnesota by participating in the public policy arena.
The organization conducts more than 50 meetings annually, which include local member meetings, larger regional meetings, an all-state annual meeting in October — which historically attracts more than 500 attendees — and a Day at the Capitol event that enables members to meet with their legislators.
Membership is open to anyone who owns stock in a public utility that serves Minnesota. To learn more about MUI or its upcoming events contact the office at 1-888-850-5171 or consult their website at www.mnutilityinvestors.org.
