Albert Lea Transfer Station has released its new hours for the fall season which go into effect Thursday through Nov. 30.

The station will be open from noon to 6 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays.

Services the station provides include household garbage disposal, demolition debris disposal, brush disposal, yard waste composting, electronics recycling, appliance recycling, used oil recycling, scrap metal recycling, cardboard/paper recycling and glass/can recycling.

Free compost and woodchips can also be found at the station when available.
