Albert Lea police arrested Jacob Joseph Cibert, 25, for domestic assault at 8:21 p.m. Thursday at 902 James Ave.

 

Combine deemed total loss after fire

A combine was deemed a total loss after a fire was reported at 2:53 p.m. Thursday in a field three miles north of Myrtle. The fire apparently began in the engine compartment while a farmer was harvesting soybeans. No injuries were reported. No damage was reportedly sustained to the field.

 

Arrest warrant executed

Police arrested Emily Ann Torres, 18, on a local warrant for underage drinking at 10:41 p.m. Thursday at 1440 Academy Ave. Police cited her father, Elias Torres, 47, for obstructing the legal process.

 

Marijuana found in a car

A small amount of marijuana and a small pipe were reportedly found in a vehicle at 10:01 a.m. Thursday at 3310 Bridge Ave. The items were seized.
