Residents who are disputing an assessment in connection with city projects must submit their dispute in writing to City Clerk Shirley Slater-Schulte by the end of tonight’s public hearing.

Public hearings will be held tonight at the Albert Lea City Council meeting on the 2015 neighborhood improvement project, state- aid street project, Lakeview Boulevard reconstruction project, U.S. Highway 65 and Minnesota Highway 13 resurfacing project and northwest sewer and water extension for the St. John’s on Fountain Lake project.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m.

Residents are advised to email disputes today to sschulte@ci.albertlea.mn.us, drop them off at City Hall, or bring them to the meeting.
