Small fire reported

A small fire from a compressor going out was reported at 12:03 p.m. Wednesday at Albert Lea High School. The fire was reportedly extinguished shortly after it began and no injuries were reported. Minimal damage was sustained.

 

Attempted scam reported

An attempted scam was reported at 10:41 a.m. Wednesday at 304 E. Fifth St. in Albert Lea. A voicemail was reportedly received on a cellphone. The call reportedly came from Texas.

 

Theft by fraud reported

Money was reported taken out of a bank account by an unknown company at 11 a.m. Wednesday at 1016 Columbus Ave. in Albert Lea. Reportedly $133.83 was taken out of the account.

 

Criminal damage to property reported

A rock was reported thrown through a window at 9:35 a.m. Wednesday at 810 Ramsey St. in Albert Lea.
