1 arrested on warrant

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Timothy Lowell Millhouse, 46, on local warrants for first-degree sale of a controlled substance and second-degree sale of methamphetamine at 2:51 p.m. Monday at 22031 733rd Ave., north of Albert Lea.

 

Attempted theft reported

An attempted theft of a two-wheel trailer was reported at 9:18 a.m. Monday at 1022 S. Newton Ave. Damage was reportedly sustained to the trailer in the process.

 

Woodsplitter, golf cart missing 

A woodsplitter and golf cart were reported missing from a garage at 12:08 p.m. Monday at 1701 South Shore Drive.

 

Employee theft reported

An employee theft was reported  at 4:01 p.m. Monday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave. The matter is still under investigation, according to Albert Lea Police Department Lt. Darren Hanson.

 

Naked running man transported

A man reported naked running in a plowed field was transported to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea at 12:03 a.m. Tuesday a mile east from the Minnesota Highway 13 exit. The matter was related to mental health.

 

1 arrested for theft

Albert Lea police arrested Heriberto Lezama Hernandez, 18, for misdemeanor theft at 5:40 p.m. Monday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.

 

2 arrested for domestic assault

Police arrested Sandra Lee Tischler, 48, for misdemeanor domestic assault at 9:31 p.m. Monday at 115 ½ W. College St.

Police arrested Kipp Eugene Fuller, 54, for misdemeanor domestic assault at 11:57 p.m. Monday at 623 Water St.

 

Wire stolen 

A wire was reported stolen from a construction site at 10:16 a.m. Monday at 68168 Freeborn County Road 46 outside Alden. The alleged victim was reportedly building a house.

 

Gas drive-off reported

An estimated $35 gas theft was reported at 1:49 p.m. Monday at 309 E. Main St. in Clarks Grove. The truck was described as a silver F150 with an aluminum flatbed trailer, traveling south on Interstate 35. No contact was made.

 

Internet scam 

An internet scam on a phone was reported at 11:47 p.m. Monday at 1841 W. Ninth St.
