2 cited after domestic assault

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Zachary Allen Camerer, 28, for domestic assault at 12:57 a.m. Friday at 250 Main St. in Manchester. Deputies cited Angel Nicole Lowrance, 29, for domestic assault. Lowrance was transported to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea by ambulance with a possible broken tailbone and was later given a ride home from the hospital.

They were reportedly both intoxicated at the time of the incident.

1 arrested on warrant

Deputies arrested Arycka Ranae Clark, 18, on a local warrant at 11:58 p.m. Friday at 800 S. Fourth Ave. in Albert Lea.

 

Black liquid reported near treatment plant

No damage was reported after a pasteurized, non-toxic fertilizer was reported shooting up from a hose at 3:45 p.m. Friday in the east ditch at the Albert Lea Wastewater Treatment Plant. The liquid was reportedly shooting up to about half the height of the telephone pole.The incident was reportedly caused from a leak in the pasteurized fertilizer hose. Multiple agencies assisted.

 

Fraud reported on account

An illegal use of a debit and checking account for about $250 was reported at 3:49 p.m. Friday at 14865 700th Ave., outside Albert Lea.

 

3 cited for drinking violations

Deputies cited Anthony Ray Green Jr., 24, and Michelle Mae Kraft, 25, for open bottle violation at 2 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of South Broadway and East Front Street. Deputies also cited Kelsey Ellen Vinson, 30, for being the driver and allowing an open bottle.

 

Man cited after crash

No one was transported to Mayo Clinic Health System Saturday after a crash that resulted in a pickup rolling over at the intersection of West Ninth Street and U.S. Highway 69, according to Albert Lea police.

A 1994 Mazda driven by Eddy De Los Santos, 46, was stopped at the stop sign at the intersection on Ninth Street, going west. A Dodge Ram driven by Christopher Charles Yost, 44, was heading north on U.S. Highway 69. De Los Santos reportedly pulled out in front of Yost, and Yost reportedly swerved to the right to avoid the collision. De Los Santos then reportedly struck the right rear quarter panel of the Dodge Ram. The pickup then reportedly went into the ditch and rolled over onto its roof.

Yost exited the vehicle on his own, according to police.

De Los Santos was cited for driving after revocation and failing to transfer title in connection with the crash.

Both vehicles were towed.
