Exercise class planned at HealthReach

Carol Soma will teach Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance classes next month at HealthReach. Tai Ji Quan teaches balance skills, good body alignment, coordinated movements in a circular, flowing motion, increase muscle strength, flexibility and mobility. No prior experience is necessary to participate. There is no cost to the class, but free-will donations will be accepted. Classes begin Feb. 1 and will take place for 12 weeks from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays. To register call Senior Resources at 507-377-7433.
