I saw on the news that we have a new “Jihadi John.” I wonder why a good Christian name like John would be used to describe a terrorist. Surely the people in our government could come up with a more appropriate name.

I have also heard the name John used in reference to going to the toilet. When people say they have to go to the john, we know what they mean. In this time of political correctness, people should know better than to refer to the toilet as the john.

I know people say our government is broken and nothing gets done. This would be a great time for our elected officials to come together and show us that they can work together. They should pass a law banning the use of the name John in reference to terrorist and the toilet. This would go a long way in restoring our faith in our government.
