1 arrested for drunken driving

Police arrested David Earl Knudson, 29, for driving while intoxicated at 1:51 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Euclid Avenue and Wedgemore Drive. Knudson was reportedly charged with driving after revocation, second-degree DWI and possession of drug paraphernalia. Knudson was arrested after a vehicle he was driving reportedly spun out and took out a stop sign. His blood alcohol content was reportedly measured at .236.

 

Shingles stolen

A trailer with $1,440 worth of new shingles was reported stolen at 9:44 a.m. Sunday at 822 S. Newton Ave.

 

4 arrested
on warrants

Albert Lea police arrested Anthony Charles Metcalf, 31, on a warrant for misdemeanor driving after revocation and no proof of insurance at 11:45 p.m. Saturday at 321 E. Second St.

Police arrested Trevor Benjamin Carlsen, 22, on a local warrant  at 7:20 p.m. Sunday at 1217 Frank Ave.

Police arrested Justin Ray Duncan, 18, on an arrest warrant for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation at 9:57 p.m. Sunday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a juvenile on a court warrant at 12:54 p.m. Monday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.

 

1 arrested for disorderly conduct

Police arrested Jaymie L. Vonruden, 29, for disorderly conduct at 1:48 a.m. Sunday at 134 W. William St.

 

1 arrested for domestic assault

Albert Lea police arrested Albert Sidney Allen Jr., 45, for domestic assault at 9:36 a.m. Sunday at 1221 Madison Ave. The domestic incident reportedly occurred earlier that morning.

 

Wallet stolen

A wallet was reported stolen at 12:12 p.m. Monday at 2222 E. Main St. A customer reportedly forgot the wallet in the store and another customer reportedly reached across the counter and took the wallet.

 

Theft by
fraud reported

Theft by fraud was reported at 12:39 p.m. Monday at 515 Triangle Drive. An item was reportedly purchased online. Contact was reportedly unable to be made with the seller.
