A divorce, separation or breakup is one of life’s most painful experiences, according to a press release. In order to meet the needs of men and women who are experiencing this pain, United Methodist Church of Albert Lea is sponsoring DivorceCare, a faith-based divorce recovery seminar and support group. The 13-week program will be at 6:30 p.m. Mondays beginning March 7. Everyone is welcome — men and women. There is no charge for attendance, but a workbook will be available for $15.

DivorceCare includes sessions on anger, loneliness, financial management, helping children adjust, forgiveness and more. Participants are welcome to share their stories and exchange strategies for coping with similar issues. All discussions are held in confidence.
