Erbert & Gerbert’s had it’s annual convention Jan. 25 and Jan. 26. According to a press release, Albert Lea’s store walked away with top honors out of stores from throughout the nation.

Awards included the Marketing Award of Distinction, Operational Excellence Award, Comp. Sales Award (second in the nation) and Franchisee of the Year. The Albert Lea location’s general manager was a member of the president’s club for being one of the best managers in the system and Scott Odle was named the third fastest sandwich maker in the nation as well.

Kurt Wallace, owner of the Albert Lea Erbert & Gerberts, said, “We were very excited to see our community represented at such a high level.”
