Pedal car, other thefts reported

An antique dump truck pedal car was reported taken from a garage at 8:22 a.m. Wednesday at 1908 Bridge Ave. The dump truck was reportedly taken Tuesday night.

A wallet was reported taken out of a purse at 1:17 p.m. Wednesday at 201 W. Main St. The incident was reportedly captured on video.

A theft was reported at 3:20 p.m. Wednesday at Albert Lea High School. No citations were reported.

 

Identity thefts reported

Identity theft was reported at 2:23 p.m. Wednesday at 650 Meadow Lane.

An entire account was reported taken by fraud at 5:18 p.m. Wednesday at 1910 Grand Ave.

Money was reported taken out of a checking account at 7:50 p.m. Wednesday at 510 E. Fourth St. The charges were reportedly from Florida.

 

Sexual assault reported

A sexual assault was reported at 10:40 a.m. Wednesday in Hollandale. There is no threat to the public, said Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Tim Bennett. The case is reportedly still under investigation.

 

1 arrested on drug possession

Albert Lea police arrested Ramon Paul DeBoer, 22, on fifth-degree drug possession at 11:26 a.m. Wednesday at 21140 775th Ave.

 

Juvenile cited for marijuana

A juvenile was cited for small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 8:38 a.m. Wednesday at Albert Lea High School.
