Northern Country Cooperative Company will award several $500 scholarships to eligible graduating high school seniors, in the company’s trade area, who plan to attend an accredited college. Programs may be from one to four years in length. The recipient is to be enrolled in an agriculture or ag-related program of study. Northern Country Co-op has locations in Adams, Alden, Brownsdale, Conger, Emmons, Lansing, LeRoy, Lyle, Oakland and Rose Creek Stacyville, Iowa, and Toeterville, Iowa.

Interested seniors can contact their high school guidance counselor for an application form along with complete criteria and specifications. The information can also be accessed at the company’s website at www.ncountrycoop.com. Home schooled students should contact the high school district where their residence is located. All entries must reach Northern Country Co-op’s office in Stacyville, Iowa, no later than April 1.
