Theft by fraud reported
Fraudulent charges were reported on a bank account at 10:02 a.m. Tuesday at 241 Second St. SW in Glenville.
Fraudulent charges on a bank account were reported at 8:49 a.m. Tuesday at 1617 W. Ninth St. The reporting person was referred to another agency.
4 arrested on warrants
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Brandon John Luce, 29, on an extradition warrant at 9:15 a.m. Tuesday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.
Deputies arrested Manuel Velez Jr., 28, on a Department of Corrections warrant at 3:25 a.m. Wednesday on Interstate 90, in eastern Freeborn County. Velez was arrested after being spotted walking west on the north side of Interstate 90.
Albert Lea police arrested Jordan Michael Struck, 26, on a local warrant for disorderly conduct at 9:25 a.m. Tuesday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.
Police arrested Sylvia Pearl Cramer, 29, on a Washington County warrant and Todd Allan Wenner, 40, on a probation violation at 12:07 a.m. Wednesday at 621 E. 11th St.

Deputies cited Jamal Renaldo Boucher, 28, for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle at 12:28 a.m. today on Interstate 35 near the Clarks Grove exit. Boucher was warned for speeding.

Police cited Shelby Rae Mickelsen, 18, for possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 7:42 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East Front Street and South Newton Avenue.
