Items were reported taken from an unlocked vehicle at 1:05 p.m. Wednesday at 900 Hammer Road.

 

Theft by
fraud reported

Fraudulent charges were reported on a debit card at 1:44 p.m. Wednesday at 805 Columbus Ave.

An estimated $640 in credit card fraud was reported at 2:25 p.m. Wednesday at 2411 Milo Ave.

 

Window smashed
out on vehicle

A back window was reported smashed out of a truck at 1:51 p.m. Wednesday at 2440 Bridge Ave.

 

3 arrested
on warrants

Albert Lea police arrested Lance Bradley Hilpipre, 34, on a warrant at 8:51 p.m. Wednesday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.

Police arrested David Anthony Roe, 27, on a local warrant at 12:18 a.m. today at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.

Police arrested Bryan Dominic Lavern Ray, 25, on a warrant for misdemeanor driving after revocation and careless driving at 4:22 a.m. today at Law Enforcement Center.

 

Window broken

An window of a garage was reported broken at 6 p.m. Wednesday at 406 W. College St.

 

1 cited for illegal siren, illegal lights

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies cited Douglas Herbert Cross, 53, for illegal siren, illegal lights and speeding at the Interstate 35 southbound ramp to westbound Interstate 90. Cross reportedly had police lights in his rear window and windshield and a siren hooked up in his car.
