If she successfully completes probation requirements, her charge could be reduced to a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor.

She was reportedly the driver of the vehicle used to flee the scene of the robbery, and dropped off three people connected to the incident at Burger King, according to court records.

She pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting simple robbery in November.

Aaron Atchison, who was reportedly in the back passenger seat on the driver’s side of the vehicle the alleged assailants were riding in, was placed on probation for up to 10 years in December in connection with the incident. He entered an Alford plea, in which he maintained his innocence but admitted the prosecution had enough evidence to convict.

One juvenile pleaded guilty Tuesday in connection with the incident, and a jury trial for a second juvenile has been scheduled for late March.
