In accordance with the proclamation issued by President Barack Obama, Gov. Mark Dayton has ordered all United States flags and Minnesota flags be immediately flown at half-staff at all state and federal buildings in the state of Minnesota, in honor and remembrance of former First Lady Nancy Reagan. Flags should remain at half-staff until sunset on the day of internment.
