ST. PAUL — A 20-year-old man is charged with fatally shooting a teenager in St. Paul in what police said was a gang feud.

Rayshon Brooks was charged Friday with two counts of crime committed for the benefit of a gang and two counts of second-degree murder.

Brooks is accused of fatally shooting 17-year-old John Broyles on March 5. It was St. Paul’s first reported homicide of the year.
