MINNEAPOLIS — Authorities said they’ve seized more than 30 pounds of opium powder found in a passenger’s luggage at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection said in a news release that officers found the substance in the bag of a 35-year-old woman arriving from Laos via Tokyo on Friday.
