The Retired Educators of Albert Lea will meet at noon Thursday at Americas Best Value Inn. Larry Alvery, travel agent for 4 Seasons in Albert Lea, will talk about Cuba and his experiences leading tours to that country. Since March is Food Share Month, attendees will have an opportunity to contribute. Money collected will be divided between the Ecumenical Food Shelf and the Salvation Army food pantry.

ALAREAM is the local organization of retired educators which is part of the state group, REAM. Both provide opportunities to socialize and to keep abreast of legislative issues affecting health and pensions.
