Someone reported giving someone her personal information over the phone at 11:07 a.m. Wednesday at 311 W. Seventh St.

 

Smoldering fire reported

A smoldering fire was reported at 10:02 a.m. Wednesday at the tennis court area of Albert Lea High School. A couple small logs were reported burning. No damage was reported.

 

Window broken

A window was reported broken on a house at 3:17 p.m. Wednesday at 623 Sheridan St.

 

2 arrested on warrants

Albert Lea police arrested Rebecca Ann Fenny, 30, on a local warrant at 4:53 p.m. Wednesday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.

Police arrested Heather Marie Krumrie, 27, on a contempt warrant from Ramsey County and gross misdemeanor possession of narcotics in jail at 5:16 p.m. Wednesday at 1210 E. Main St.

 

1 arrested for check forgery

Albert Lea police arrested Andrea Marie Guildner, 42, for felony passing a forged check and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance at 3:40 p.m. Wednesday at 143 W. Clark St.

 

1 cited for exposure

Police cited Jose Manuel Sanchez-Moreno, 41, for indecent exposure at 6:07 p.m. Wednesday at 2751 E. Main St.

 

1 arrested for domestic assault 

Police arrested Nathan Elliot Nolan, 31, for domestic assault at 8:19 p.m. Wednesday at 2202 Stevens St.

 

1 arrested for violation

Police arrested Nyamouch Jock Kuey, 22, on an apprehension and detention order at 8:11 p.m. Wednesday at 640 Marshall St.
