1 arrested for drunken driving

Deputies arrested Michelle Nicole Zeller, 33, for second degree driving while intoxicated and test refusal at 9:21 p.m. Friday on Freeborn County Road 8, south of 245th Street.

 

2 arrested on warrants

Deputies arrested David James Hockinson, 28, on a local warrant at 12:24 a.m. Saturday at 24805 850th Ave., outside Oakland.

Albert Lea police arrested Justice Ann Welsh, 18, on a warrant for illegal consumption and social host at 3:19 p.m. Monday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.

 

1 arrested for domestic assault

Deputies arrested Ashley Lynn Bates, 28, for misdemeanor domestic assault at 3:43 a.m. Friday at 321 S.E. Fifth St. in Glenville.

 

3 arrested on violations

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Lynn Allen Jacobson, 51, on an apprehension and detention order at 1:26 p.m. Monday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.

Deputies arrested Cheyenne Debra Goodhart, 20, for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct at 11:46 a.m. Sunday on the 400 block of S.E. First Avenue in Glenville.

Deputies brought in Levi Troy Dahl, 21, for a UA and arrested him on an apprehension detention order at 11:46 a.m. Sunday. Dahl and Goodhart were arrested after a fight was reported.

Police arrested Scott Alan Johnson, 56, on an apprehension and detention order at 4:45 p.m. Monday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.

 

Check fraud reported

Approximately $80 in check fraud was reported at 2:50 p.m. Monday at Kwik Trip, 2611 Bridge Ave. The incident reportedly occurred in early April.

 

Items damaged

A truck was reported tampered with at 7:49 p.m. Monday at 723 Fountain St. Damage was established at $50.

A flower pot was reported damaged at 5:29 p.m. Monday at 1401 Spartan Ave. The pot was reportedly also damaged last year.
