Lions Club awards scholarships

- The Albert Lea Lions recently gave four $500 scholarships to Albert Lea graduating seniors. All scholarship money was raised by the Lions Bingo Booth at the Freeborn County Fair — one quarter at a time. Scholarship recepients Emma Tewes, Karina Stripe, Ashley Krowiorz and Kayla Overland received their awards from Lion Irene Anderson. — Provided
