Albert Lea Area Schools will sponsor a summer meal program this summer. Meals will be served at no charge to all children 18 years of age and under. There are no eligibility requirements attached to this program. The program will operate Monday through Thursday from June 27 to July 21. Breakfast will be served from 7:45 to 8:30 a.m. and lunch will be served from 10:45 a.m. to noon. There will be no meals served July 4. These meals will be served at Hawthorne Elementary School at 1000 E. Hawthorne St. in Albert Lea.
